Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Every order is dispatched with a tracking number, which you'll receive by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs: Standard tracked shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free.

Tracking: You can follow your order the whole way using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Customs & import fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
