Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Every order goes out with a tracking number, which you will receive by email as soon as your order ships.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during sale periods and around major holidays.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free — the threshold is displayed in your cart.

Tracking your order

You can follow your parcel the whole way using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch, which is normal. If your tracking has not updated for several days, email us at support@cleoramarket.com and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot change its destination, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a reshipping cost.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict these charges or refund them. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the item cost less the original shipping.
